Payment Schedule for All Plans

Note: Additional shrink wrapping charges for towers, t-tops, flying bridges, and other structures are not included in the annual dockage or valet rack plan rate and will be billed separately.

The following payment schedule applies to all dock and rack plans:

  • 1/3 plan cost is due October 15, 2025 to secure space for summer 2025 and to authorize winter services (under annual plans)
  • Final 2/3 plan cost due February 1, 2026

For those booking after February 1, 2026, total plan cost is due upon receipt of your license agreement.

Services Not Included in Plans

Due to the wide variety of engines and boat equipment, the cost of the following are not included in the annual plan prices, but will be performed and billed separately at published rates:

  • Engine winterization
  • Spring engine commissioning
  • Battery storage
  • Water systems and head winterizing
  • Shrink wrap charges for towers, bridges, arches and other structures

Boat Size Limitations

Valet Rack Service plans are limited to forklift capacity as designated by management.


General Policies

  • Length of boat measurements shall include all attachments and extensions, outboard motors tilted up. All boats are subject to measurement.
  • Annual Dock and Rack Plans start and end on October 1st of each year. Limited Plans run Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.
  • Current customers in good standing are given right of first refusal for renewal of plan space. Space will be held until October 15th of each year.
  • Dock and valet rack space not renewed by October 15th for the next season will be offered to other customers.
  • We reserve the right to rearrange dock and rack space assignments at our discretion.
  • All bills are due and payable at the completion of the work. Bills shall be paid in full before boat leaves.
  • All charge accounts are due and payable on 30 day terms.
  • A finance charge will be added to all unpaid amounts after 30 days.
  • No returns on special orders or electrical items.
  • Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the boat owner. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
